Pre-Orders Policy (New Zealand)

Some items in our store are offered as pre-orders. Pre-ordering means you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or is being prepared for a future release.

Pre-Order Terms

When you place a pre-order:

  • Your payment may be taken in full or as a partial deposit at checkout

  • Your order will be fulfilled once the product becomes available

Cancellations & Refunds

Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, and payments made are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered only on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, and in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
